Because Red Cotton Denim jeans are highly labor extensive and made to order by Camillo Love himself, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer you an exchange (size, color, fit etc.).

 Please follow the instructions on the exchange form included in your package and send back your items within 14 days of receipt to the listed address. You must include your order number on the outside of the package.

All discounted items are final sale. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. If you do not utilize proper packing materials to send back the item(s) and they are damaged in transit, we will not be able to refund you and your exchange will be refused.

Red Cotton Denim recommends you send back your order with insurance so you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. The transaction will take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. If you have any additional questions, email us here.


If you have ordered the wrong size, color, or fit and want to make an exchange, follow the steps below and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

    1.    Write an email to customer care via our contact page. Explain the reason for your exchange and what item you would like instead.

    2.    Please reference your order number and item that you will be returning.

    3.    We will process your order and dispatch the item once the original item is back in our custody. 

Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the original invoice date. You must include your order number on the outside of the package. Your new item will not be dispatched without it. 

If you have received a damaged product, please contact us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible. As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, we will process it promptly, your credit card will be refunded, and you will be emailed a refund notification. Please keep in mind it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.
